Community Clubs are a simple way to do life together. They are a simple way to connect with others around the things you already enjoy!
Hiking. Board games. Pickleball. Books. Crafting. Fishing. Running. Photography. Coffee. Whatever brings people together!
Community Clubs are informal, interest-based gatherings started and hosted by people at SPCC.

Consider starting a Community Club!
Community Clubs are hosted by individuals or families in our church—not staff-led or church-run programs. They’re meant to be low-pressure, relational, and fun. You don’t need to be an expert to host—just willing to bring people together around something you enjoy!
SPCC provides a place for approved clubs to be listed on our website on this page and will periodically let our church know that Community Clubs are available to explore.
Club hosts take the lead from there—handling their club’s scheduling, location, communication, invitations, promotion, and connection with participants.
Community Club Guidelines
To ensure a healthy and welcoming environment, all clubs must:

Align with SPCC’s core beliefs and values

Be relational and open to connection and outreach

Be open to others joining (with reasonable exceptions such as women’s or men’s groups)

Be hosted and facilitated by an adult from SPCC

Clearly communicate when, where, and how often the club meets

Have a host who handles the club’s communication, scheduling, and promotion

Understand that clubs are independently hosted and are not overseen day-to-day by church staff. Club hosts are responsible for their own communication, scheduling, and promotion.

Clubs may be short-term (one season or event) or ongoing
The use of SPCC facilities will be discussed on a case to case basis based on the minimum availability we have on campus.
How to Start a Community Club
1. Submit a club request form
Tell us a little about your idea and what you have in mind.
2. We'll take a look.
Our team will review your request to make sure it fits within the purpose and guidelines of Community Clubs.
3. Create your club.
Once approved, your club will be listed on the Community Clubs page below.
4. Invite people in.
You’ll handle your club’s communication and promotion, and interested people can contact you directly to join.

Club Hosts provide: club-specific promotion, scheduling, communication, invitations, and coordination.

Ladies Craft Night
Have a craft you're working on or need to finish? Bring it with you and craft with us. This is a time to hang out with other women while we each work on our own crafts. No supplies are provided so make sure you bring everything you need.
The club is for women. No children please.
